An event such as Derrill's Race requires months of planning and preparation. Without the generous financial support of the Greater Easthampton business community and members of our community, it could not happen. In addition to the many monetary donations and knowledgable advise given, donations of everything from food, tents, prizes, entertainment, health care, marketing and advertising are made. We can't thank everyone enough for the generous contributions.

We thank you and welcome your sponsorship for this year's race. Once your donation has been received, your company will be added to the website according to your level of participation. The earlier you donate, the longer the exposure for your business on www.derrillsrace.com.

For a small fee of only $25. per employee (minimum 5 participants), your company can be featured in our race. Team sponsorship is a great way to encourage employees to become involved in the local community - and they'll have a lot of fun participating!
Here's how it works:
1) Your employees (5 or more) will select a team name and team captain.
2) They will collect donations before the race. Maybe a little office competition...
3) Consider providing a matching company donation to encourage participation.
4) Make sure we take a picture of your team on race day. Great publicity!
5) Smile for the camera - you may be on Channel 40!
